Overview

Welcome to our 2024 Resident Survey.

Your views are important to us and we want to know what you think about Somerset Council and the place you live.

In this survey we will ask a number of questions about your local area. By local area we mean the area within around a 15-20 minute walking distance from your home. 

Your local area receives services from Somerset Council. The Council is responsible for a range of services such as social care services for adults and children, refuse collection, street cleaning, planning, education, housing, and road maintenance.

The results of this survey will be used to help us understand what things are most important to the people of Somerset and how well we are doing in those areas.
