Somerset Food Survey

Overview

This survey is from Somerset Council’s Public Health team. We trying to find out how we can support people to make better choices in regards to food. Your answers will help us understand what is most important in your area.

The survey is anonymous and does not ask for your name or contact details. All information will be stored securely in line with the UK general data protection regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data protection act 2018.

When you finish the survey, there is a link to another page to give your name and email if you want to enter a prize draw to win a £100 shopping voucher. If you win, you will be contacted by email.

What happens next

This survey has now closed. 

The findings will be available as part of the Somerset Food Health Needs Assessment, which when finalised will be on Healthy Somerset at Evidence Base.
