Residents' Travel Survey - Orchard Grove, Taunton

Overview

As part of the planning application for Orchard Grove, Taunton, the developers were required to submit a travel plan with a package of actions to encourage safe, healthy and sustainable travel options and show how sustainable transport such as buses, cycling or walking, will be made accessible at the development and their use increased.  

To help us make sure you are getting the best from the Orchard Grove Travel Plan, we invite you as a resident to take part in a short, confidential on-line survey. Your feedback will help us gauge residents' daily travel choices and highlight ways we can direct you and members of your household to more sustainable travel options that are available in your area.

The survey runs from 5 September to 3 October 2026 and all members of each household who are 17 years and over (eligible car driving age) are invited to participate.

Some questions in the survey will be repeated where appropriate to allow answers for each person in the household over 17 years old (up to 6 people).

As a thank you for taking part, we invite you to take part in a free draw to win £50. This is being externally funded by the travel plan scheme. You will be asked if you want to be entered into the prize draw at the end of the survey. The winner will be notified by email by 31 October 2026.
