Great Green Directory Application
Overview
The Great Green Directory is a one stop shop where Somerset residents can go to find local, sustainable and environmentally friendly businesses to help make eco and ethical choices when choosing products and services. The directory will be featured on our main Somerset Council website.
If you are a local Eco-Business who would like to be listed in our new Great Green Directory, we would love you to be involved. Please fill out the details that follow.
Businesses will be listed subject to their exemplary eco merits and must be based in Somerset or supply goods and services to the Somerset area. Somerset Council is committed to being carbon neutral by 2030 and part of this is to support eco-friendly businesses and consumers to deliver carbon neutrality and biodiversity to support the transition to a sustainable Somerset.
Somerset Council recognised a climate and ecological emergency in 2019 and committed to be carbon neutral by 2030. You can view our Climate Emergency Strategy here
Why your views matter
Supporting the directory by adding your business, or a business you have engaged with, will help Somerset deliver action on the Climate and Ecological Emergency.
