Help us help you – anonymous alcohol survey (for you or someone you know)

Overview

For you or someone you know: an anonymous survey about alcohol support in Somerset.

We want to understand why some people who might benefit from support with alcohol use do not get help from Somerset Drug and Alcohol Service (SDAS).

This survey can be completed:

• about your own drinking, or
• about someone you know, such as a friend, family member, or someone you support.

This survey is for people aged 18+ (you or the person you are answering about).

Your responses are completely anonymous. We do not ask for names and no one will know who has completed the survey.

Somerset Drug and Alcohol Service (SDAS) is the local alcohol service in Somerset and is delivered by Turning Point (some people know the service by this name). In this survey, we refer to the service as SDAS.

By sharing your views, you can help us improve how alcohol support is offered in Somerset.
