Incredible Years Parenting Group Autumn 26

Event overview

We’re holding an Incredible Years parenting programme for parents of children aged 3–5.

You’ll meet other parents, learn different ways to support your child, and share ideas and encouragement with both the group and facilitators. Many of the parents who attend are finding aspects of parenting challenging, so you’re not alone. It’s about finding simple, realistic ways that work for you and your child.

Parents learn how to:

•    Help their child feel loved and secure.
•    Encourage their child’s language, social, and emotional development.
•    Establish clear and predictable routines.
•    Handle separations and reunions.
•    Use positive discipline to manage misbehavior.

Where? Reckleford Children's Centre, Yeovil

When? Wednesdays 10:00-12:30

Starts: 9th September

The course runs for 14 weeks, including a half term break on 28th October.

Do I have to attend every session? We understand that things come up. If you miss a session, we’ll arrange a phone call so you don’t miss any important information.

How much does each session cost? It's FREE for you to attend. If you’re eligible, we can also assist with bus transport costs

Can I bring my child? Unfortunately, no. This space is designed for you to reflect, learn new skills, and take some time for your own wellbeing.
